Our fees for Virtual Bookkeeping Services starts at $225 per month and will vary based upon your business bank activity.
We charged a $500 cleanup and onboarding fee for the first month of service. Then $225 for each month depending upon the number of bank transactions. This fee covers the cost of the services necessary to complete taxprep work or cleanup within 30 days of your document submission. Our staff will help import, categorize, and reconcile your historical data starting from the date of your most recent business tax return.
If you already have QBO, existing customers with 2 or more months of historical data in QuickBooks Online are charged a $500 cleanup/taxprep work and onboarding fee for the first month of service. This fee covers the cost of the services necessary to complete cleanup within 30 days of your document submission. After you agree to Cleanup with our Virtual Bookkeeping staff, we will help import, categorize, and reconcile your historical data starting from the date of your most recent business tax return.
