Our Responsibilities

• We will provide coaching/advisory or mentoring sessions tailored to your goals and business development stage.
• We will share tools, templates, and advice to support your business growth.
• We agree to maintain open and supportive communication throughout the engagement.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively participate in sessions and complete agreed-upon tasks.
• Communicate your goals, challenges, and expectations  clearly.
• Respect scheduled session times and notify us in advance of any changes.

  Limitations

• Coaching is not legal, tax, or financial advisory unless explicitly stated and licensed to do so.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue results, or business success.
• You are solely responsible for your business decisions and actions.

Fees and Payment-Our fees are priced per session/per hour.

Payment is due prior to or at the time of service.  Missed sessions without 24hr notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Termination

Either party may terminate this engagement at any time in writing. Any prepaid sessions not yet delivered will be refunded or credited, unless otherwise agreed.

Privacy Statement

We value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy. All information shared in coaching sessions—including business ideas, documents, financials, and personal insights—will be kept strictly confidential. We do not share your information with any third parties without your written consent, unless legally required to do so. All records will be stored securely in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.
